Dear Parents,
I am so excited about this summer at South Haven Baptist Church Ministries (SHBCM), and we would love for your child to be involved! Summer often presents challenges for working parents. Weekly camps, amusement parks, and activities require planning, transportation, flexible work schedules, and affordability. We have found the solution to your child’s summer fun: SHBCM’s Summer Care program!
Our program is structured around age-appropriate activities that will better promote your child’s physical, intellectual, social, emotional, and spiritual development. Our staff is focused on providing a safe, Christ-centered program that is affordable, educational, and fun. We are excited to introduce some new and challenging activities to our program this year. This summer, we have several STEM projects planned, along with fun games and field trips to Adventure Science Museum, Top Golf, Basketball Camp, and more. Parents are welcome and encouraged to join us on field trips. We will create a sign-up sheet for parents to let us know that they plan to join these events.
We have also increased our schedule options as listed below. Students who choose to come on 2 or 3 day options may not change the days, or attend field trips, if they are on a day your student is not scheduled to attend.

Tuition payments are drafted from your checking or savings account on Monday or if Banks are closed, the day they reopen. All payments are handled through FACTS.

There will be no Summer Care on July 3rd for Independence Day. The hours of care are from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm. Lunches are not provided (unless otherwise specified), but your child may purchase a hot lunch for $5.75 (FACTS account) from the cafeteria on school property during lunchtime, or they may pack a lunch. Some field trips may require a packed lunch with a water bottle.
Once your registration form is received, the registration packet will be emailed to you for completion. Availability is limited so don’t wait too long!
To ensure enrollment please have the following completed by April 30th:

• Payment account set-up
• Registration fee paid through FACTS
