Summer Care

Dear Parents,
I am so excited about this summer at South Haven Baptist Church Ministries (SHBCM) and we would love for your child to be involved! Summer can oftentimes present challenges for working parents. Weekly camps, amusement parks, and activities require planning, transportation, work schedule
flexibility, and affordability. We have found the solution for your child’s summer fun, SHBCM’S Summer Care program!
Our program is structured around age-appropriate activities that will better promote your child’s physical, intellectual, social, emotional, and spiritual development. Our staff is focused on providing a safe, Christ-centered program that is affordable, educational and fun. We are excited to introduce some new and challenging activities to our program this year. This summer we have several STEM projects planned along with fun games like (human) Hungry, Hungry Hippos, Pin Ball Knockout, and Nerf Gun Wars! These activities have been specially designed to meet your child’s developmental needs. We also have many field trips scheduled that will include Air Extreme, Circus World, and Top Golf, Basketball Camp, and Science Week. Parents are welcomed and encouraged to join us on field trips. We will create a sign-up sheet for parents to let us know that they plan to join on these events.
The following is the 2025 enrollment information:

Tuition payments are drafted from your checking or savings account on Monday or if Banks are closed, the day they reopen. All payments are handled through FACTS.
There will be no Summer Care on July 4th for Independence Day, July 18th for TACS Training (Date may change, but we will give plenty of notice). The hours of care are from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm. Lunches are not provided (unless otherwise specified), but your child will be able to purchase a hot lunch for $5.75 (FACTS account) from the cafeteria on the days that we are on school property during lunchtime, or they may pack a lunch. Some field trips may require a packed lunch with a water bottle.
Once your registration form is received, the registration packet will be emailed to you for completion. Availability is limited so don’t wait too long!
To ensure enrollment please have the following completed by April 30th:
• Application returned to Bro. Joel Veteto
• Enrollment Packet completed and returned (emailed to you)
• Payment account set-up
• Registration fee paid by FACTS or through the Business Office
